Two more days for court!!!

Onlymore days!!!

Well, I should have posted this in the morning to make it more accurate but I didn't get up early enough!  This every-day-posting might be considered silly or annoying by some but, humor me please, since this helps me (my wife has different ways to cope with the wait) to stay sane as the day gets closer...

I miss you my girl!!!

Three, tres, tatlo, trois, drei, שלוש, τρία...

Anyway you want to say it ... only three more days... and our family of three will add a new member, with God's favor...

Cuatro, quatre, apat, vier, FOUR!!!

(I'm a little late in my postings is more like three, but I'll catch up at the end)

This is a -difficult to describe- stage of the wait... is like for you ladies being only a few days from giving birth to a daughter or son... and knowing that you won't be able to hold her or see her for another 4 or 5 weeks after that. Wouldn't that be some kind of mixed emotions??
The good part... trusting in God makes it so much easier!

Seven days!!!

Seven days... for our court day! Lord Jesus, if it's your will... let it happen!

It looked so far, nevertheless, we are only 7 days away!  That girl that God chose for us will officially be our daughter. Please... keep us on your prayers!

Court date!!!

I wanted to say this in a poem or some other unique way; But I couldn't do it and I can't hold it any longer:
We have a court date!!!  May 11
I hope that becomes the best mother's day present for my wife a "passed court" (spelled right?)
If you don't know what "court date" means:
This is the date when our adoption case will be heard by a judge in the Ethiopian Court and once we pass... Aisha will be declared legally our daughter!!

Please help us pray for that day...   Thank you!!!

Longing for you...

Waiting for that day in which we can say it out laud: “This is our daughter, forever”
